License

NitrousPanel is licensed software. Upon purchase of NitrousPanel Pro, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on your personal devices.

• The free version may be used without restriction
• Pro licenses are for personal use only
• Redistribution or resale of the software is prohibited
• Reverse engineering or modification of the software is not permitted

Disclaimer

NitrousPanel is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur to your display or device. Use of XDR brightness features beyond manufacturer specifications is at your own risk.

While we've designed NitrousPanel to work safely with XDR displays, extended use at maximum brightness may affect display longevity.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters. Here's what you need to know:

Data Collection

We collect zero personal data. NitrousPanel runs entirely on your device with no telemetry, analytics, or usage tracking.

• No account required
• No usage statistics collected
• No data sent to external servers
• No cookies or tracking

Local Storage

NitrousPanel stores your preferences locally on your Mac. This includes:

• Brightness settings
• Deep Blacks preferences
• UI preferences

This data never leaves your device.

Payment Processing

Pro license purchases are handled by Paddle, our payment processor. We do not store or have access to your payment details. Please refer to Paddle's Privacy Policy for information on how they handle payment data.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on NitrousPanel Pro. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us for a full refund.
